Since its establishment in 2016, SANTOMO GROUP has been working to develop and realize various renewable energy projects, mainly in Indonesia.

Although we are not giant company, SANTOMO GROUP has grown to the company which is flexible and capable to keep changing by implementing our typical field-oriented and flexible investment decision making.

Decarbonization is a global challenge that people, companies, and governments around the world must realize as soon as possible. This challenge must be undertaken in with the cooperation of a number of companies and entities; therefore, we do not consider companies which do the same business as competitors but comrades.

We believe it is important to share information openly among comrades to eliminate unnecessary development costs and time, and to achieve major actions as quickly as possible.

Our PKS operations in Sumatra and wood pellet production in East Java reflect a strong commitment to sustainable energy. By converting palm residues and sawmill by‑products into eco‑friendly biomass fuels, we reduce waste, ensure compliant deliveries, and provide reliable renewable alternatives to fossil fuels across Indonesia.

By aligning industrial performance with environmental responsibility, we help drive cleaner energy adoption and build long‑term resilience for communities and industries alike.

Indonesian Subsdiary of Santomo Group

Santomo Biomass Indonesia specializes in biomass business development, also handles other solid biomass and develops bio-liquid fuels.

Santomo Green Power Management specializes in developing Electric Vehicle projects and services across Indonesia.

Natural Gas as Sustainable Low-Carbon Fuel

We are preparing to supply natural gas in West Kalimantan through the re-gasification of LNG. To support this, we have invested in LNG storage tanks, re-gasification units, and pipeline infrastructure, ensuring a stable and efficient energy supply. Deliveries to PT ATP Bio Indonesia, a producer of bio-molded charcoal, are scheduled to begin in October 2025.

By advancing LNG utilization, we contribute to cleaner energy adoption and regional industrial growth.
